They have to know what the children need, high tech toys or simple toys. See from many sides, because too much time in front of monitor of course will not good for the health. I am a student of Milton Hershey School. I am a junior and have been at this school for three years now. I'm doing research on child development. I think you did your research well and it makes me wonder if it is bad or good for kids in that age group.
